Autori at Anlegg Norge 2026: AI-driven Road Photography

Written by Autori | Jan 20, 2026 1:29:28 PM

Autori will participate in Anlegg Norge 2026 January 20-22 at Gardermoen, Norway. The event gathers professionals from across the infrastructure sector to discuss current developments in road maintenance, digitalisation and data‑driven operations. We will focus on the practical use of continuous image capturing and the role of visual data in supporting road owners and contractors in their daily work.

Continuous Road Photography supporting Operational Workflows

There is a distinct sense of anticipation as Autori arrives at Gardermoen to kick off Anlegg Norge 2026. Our participation is driven by the belief that continuous road image capturing is fundamentally transforming how infrastructure is managed and maintained. By systematically documenting road and asset conditions, we help road owners and contractors establish reliable, up-to-date visual records—critical for accountability, planning, and compliance.

The Vista Camera App empowers teams to efficiently capture, geolocate, and upload images directly from the field. This seamless process ensures that every kilometer is documented, enabling a robust visual foundation for operational workflows. As infrastructure needs evolve, continuous image capturing becomes the cornerstone for proactive maintenance and transparent reporting.

Public road camera photos from Finland, Sweden and Norway now available

We have recently expanded Vista with public road camera imagery from Norway and Sweden, giving users immediate access to wide‑area visual coverage without arranging their own capture projects. This allows authorities, consultants and contractors to combine continuously updated public camera streams with their own field‑captured imagery in a single, map‑based environment—strengthening situational awareness, supporting incident follow‑up, and improving planning and supervision across national road networks.

Proven track-record and high level availability in Arctic conditions

Autori has provided software solutions for road and street maintenance operators since 1988, combining long-term industry experience with modern, cloud-based platforms for image-driven work management, contract supervision and asset documentation. The software is built and tested in some of the world’s toughest environments. With roots in Northern Finland, our systems operate daily in conditions where winter dominates most of the year. This long-standing experience has resulted in solutions that deliver reliable performance and high availability across all seasons.

Key advantages for Arctic regions:
  • Reliable data capture in snow, ice, darkness and low‑visibility environments
  • Stable system performance and uptime throughout winter peaks
  • Accurate location‑based imagery, even when markings or surfaces are partially covered
  • Clear visual documentation for winter maintenance verification and planning
  • Reduced need for on‑site inspections in challenging conditions

With decades of real-world use in Arctic climates, Autori provides a dependable digital foundation for road owners and contractors who need tools that work every day of the year — especially when conditions are at their toughest.

A Purpose‑built Image Viewer for Infrastructure Maintenance

Vista, Autori’s image viewer, is designed to help professionals explore and interpret continuous road image data before, after and during mult-year contracts. Its key features include:

• Timeline exploration
Users can move through historical and current images to review how conditions develop over time.

• Location‑accurate navigation
Each image is positioned to the exact road location, allowing quick checks of specific segments or sites.

• Streamlined collaboration
Image links and views can be shared across teams, ensuring all parties work from the same visual information.

Vista is built to make continuous imagery straightforward to use within everyday workflows, without requiring specialized tools or complex processes.

Everything needed for a Field-to-Office collaboration

Autori’s solutions bridge the traditional gap between field operations and office-based management. As images and data stream in from the field through the Vista Camera App, they are instantly available for review, task creation, and reporting within Autori Vista and Field Tools. This real-time connection greates a transparent communication between different parties in every maintenance contract. Our digital tools will accelerate decision-making and ensure everyone operates from the same up-to-date information.

For maintenance teams, consultants, and authorities, this level of integration means fewer delays, reduced administrative workload and the ability to respond proactively to emerging issues.
